The name of first hundred users was announced few days back, this will be the few people who will first test the service and give feedback. and no, I am not listed in the 100 names list *sigh. I was informed that the 100 people was selected by area of living as one of the criteria and do not really know what's the other criterias. testing the service? yeah lucky me that i was given the chance to try surfing using my friend's LG Viewty, and streaming Youtube was awesome, no buffering at all..  let see if the performance is this best after launch

yes!! it's now open for registration!! have you submitted the request form? I have submitted mine!! but will I get the chance to be the first 100 people to use, test and experience it? well I dont know.. *sigh. but I hope so much that I will get it :D yes, if you dont already know, DiGi has announced last Friday, to roll out it's DiGi broadband service this week, but only 100 selected staff will have the chance to test it out.. lucky as a staff I get to submit the application form, but to be honest, I do not know how the company will select the 100 users..  lets pray that I am selectedas one of the 100 :D

look what I've got yesterday.. yeah, that's what you called a modem.. I subscribed to Maxis Broadband yesterday, on desperation of having a broadband in my house. why not using Streamyx? oh well, guess this one offering same speed, PLUS it's mobile! which means I can bring the modem anywhere I want, get connected anytime I want.. I've been using DiGi EDGE for the past 6 months, just imagine the limitation I have when connected to the internet with a not-so-fast internet connection. the DiGi EDGE is reliable, I can always connect whenever I want, and so far I faced no downtime from DiGi. but with only EDGE, definitely not enough for me. I always need a good speed when it comes to surfing.I know there is a FAIR POLICY from Maxis where I am limited to 3Gig download per month, but based on my usage experience, I never reach that limit so I guess it's not gonna be a problem. the only thing I have to face with this package is that, tied with 18 months contract. if suddenly DiGi managed to offer 3G connection with cheaper rate, then I am definitely will regret having this Maxis 3G.
