velocity of a system.. any system, is defined by the equation, v = distance divide by time.

for any type of vihicles on the road, i’m sure most people know how they can measure the velocity of the vihicles, where the radius size of a tyre is counted (for every turn of the tyre, called revolution).

but, how to define the velocity of an aeroplane?
can we use the same equation we apply with the vihicles on the road? well actually, i just learned, and i realize that we cant actually use the same equation.. so, what should we use to measure the velocity?

well, there’s one system called “Pitot Static Tube” and there is actually another system, but, let’s focus on this..

did you noticed on some aeroplane, they have some external device that look like this? ;

well yes, you can actually find it at any type of earoplane, from as smal as remote control, to as big as jumbo jet.

and this device is actually a system device to define the velocity of an earoplane, and this is it, the pitot static tube..

and the system is like this;

i was like “man~.. i dont even know about this, to measure the velocity of a plane?”.. haha.. and now i knoe…
